Well, a very big hello and welcome to my site!

At the start of 2017 I was diagnosed with a condition called Endometriosis, in short it is a disease which finds the lining of the uterus in places of the body it should not be, it’s painful, it’s incurable and quite frankly, it sucks! Following my diagnosis I spent a good 2 months feeling sorry for myself until one day I woke up and decided that this disease would not beat me and there began my journey of wellbeing.

In a short 10 months I have changed my habits, my routine and my outlook on life and I can say hand on heart I am happier and healthier than I have EVER been.

So please do have a little poke around my little corner of the internet and if you have any comments at all I would love to hear them.
